Brand Identity Process

1. Kick Off
We’ll schedule a brief call to connect with you. During our conversation, we’ll discuss your project at a high-level and delve into the specific problem you’re aiming to address.
2. Proposal & Contract
Following our discussion, We’ll prepare and send a proposal outlining the design package we’ve mutually agreed upon. As a standard practice: An initial 50% payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion.
3. Discovery Session
Every project commences with an in-depth conversation involving you and any stakeholders. During this dialogue, we’ll explore your company’s background, objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. We’ll delve into the specific demographics your brand should resonate with and the distinctive qualities that set you apart.
4. Mood Boards & Discovery
Based on your questionnaire we’ll create mood boards that act as inspiration for the brand visual identity. This includes colour schemes, photography and any other assets that help provide inspiration for your brand.
5. Design
We will craft a comprehensive brand theme for you. Recognising that the whole is indeed greater than the sum of its parts, we will find it most effective to assess messaging, logo, colors, fonts, shapes, and images when they’re integrated into sample layouts. This approach allows us to experience the brand as a cohesive entity, making it easier to make adjustments to any individual components that may not align with the desired brand essence.
6. Refinement
Given the strong foundation we’ve established for the project, our proposed solutions typically align closely with your needs. However, should any adjustments be necessary, we’ll make minor refinements to ensure the end result is exceptionally outstanding.
7. Brand Guidelines & Assets
Finally, we will compile your brand guidelines. This comprehensive document will outline all the authorised elements of your brand identity, encompassing your strategy, logo, typography, colour scheme, any icons, image style and guidelines for generating more, example layouts, and more. This invaluable resource will serve as a point of reference to help maintain consistency in your branding efforts.

Timeline

For a typical brand identity project, allow 3-4 weeks. If some collateral marketing materials are included, add an extra 1-4 weeks.

Pricing

Brand identity pricing can vary widely. A large agency might charge £10,000 to £20,000, depending on who they are and the scope of the project. But not all businesses need to invest that much.
