Email setup
Your new email accounts are ready. There are two ways to use them.
Webmail
Log in from any browser with the email address and password we sent you:
On your own device
To set up email on your iPhone, iPad or Outlook, enter these details:
Username: yourname@youremail.co.uk
Password: your password
Incoming server: mail.yourdomainname.co.uk
IMAP port: 993
POP3 port: 995
Outgoing server: mail.yourdomainname.co.uk
SMTP port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP.
