What's included in BARE for £699 a month?
Twelve social posts, two blog articles, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management, unlimited website edits, three hours of design time, a monthly performance dashboard and a quarterly strategy call. Hosting is included for life of the subscription.
What does the £1,500 sign-up fee cover?
It's a one-off fee to sign you up, covers onboarding admin, the kickoff call, getting your accounts wired up and your project set up in our system. The brand, website and hosting are all part of your monthly subscription, not the sign-up fee.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. 6 months minimum, then rolling monthly. After month 6 you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. The sign-up fee is non-refundable.
Is hosting really included for the life of the subscription?
Yes. For the life of your subscription, your website is hosted by us at no extra cost. No annual renewal invoices, no surprise hosting bills.
How long does it take to go live?
Brand usually locks in around two weeks. A website is normally live within a few weeks after that. We move fast because the brand is decided before production starts. No twelve-week silence.
Does AI design my brand?
No. People do the thinking and the design, strategy, identity, the look, the words. The machine speeds up production, especially website code. The taste is always human.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. If your brand still works, we'll build the website and content straight onto it. If it's holding you back, we'll tell you honestly, and show you why.
What if I need more than 3 hours of design a month?
You can add a 5-hour pack for £200 any month you need it. Unused hours don't roll over but you can flex up or down as needed.
Do you do e-commerce?
Yes, as a paid add-on. E-commerce is a separate build (Shopify or WooCommerce) from £750 with an additional £99/month for ongoing product, payment and shipping maintenance.
Do you do paid ads (Google or Meta)?
Not in-house. We refer you to a vetted partner for ads management. We brief them, you pay them directly. Keeps your subscription price honest.
Do I own everything you build?
Completely. Brand files, website code, content, all yours from launch. If you ever leave BARE, everything goes with you. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
What happens after I cancel?
You keep everything we built, brand assets, website source code, content. Hosting stops 30 days after cancellation so you have time to move the site. We help with handover at no extra cost.
