Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Usually, yes. We review it first to make sure it’s something we can support well. Some builder-heavy sites are better off rebuilt, and if that’s the case we’ll say so.
How quickly do you make changes?
Small content edits are turned around promptly, and for anything bigger we’ll tell you when to expect it before we start. Support is the part of BARE clients praise most, and we guard that reputation carefully.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring flags it, often before you’ve noticed, and we get to work straight away. With managed hosting and recent backups in place, problems tend to be short-lived.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. Most clients do, but if you’d rather manage things yourself we’ll hand everything over cleanly.
What does a plan cost?
