Websitecare plans.
Hosting, security updates, monitoring, backups and the everyday edits a website needs, handled by the people who built it. From £29 a month.
Someone is watching your website
A website is never really finished. Software moves on, security holes appear and content goes stale. A care plan means someone is watching, and when you need a change you send one email and it gets done.
Carly looks after every client once their site is live. Support is the thing our Google reviews mention most, and we guard that carefully.

It's so reassuring to know that if I have a problem I can trust it will be resolved.Beverley ActonGoogle review
Questions
Can you look after a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review it first to make sure it is something we can support well. Some builder-heavy sites are better off rebuilt, and if that is the case we will say so.
How quickly do you make changes?
Small edits are turned around promptly, and for anything bigger we tell you when to expect it before we start.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring flags it, often before you have noticed, and we get to work straight away.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. If you would rather manage things yourself we hand everything over cleanly.
