Websites for dental practices.

Websites for private and cosmetic dentists that turn a nervous visitor into a booked patient. Designed from scratch, built by hand, and looked after by the two people who made it. From £995, or £95 a month.

Patients, not just visitors

Most people looking at a dental website are a little anxious, comparing two or three practices on a phone, and deciding who feels safe. They want to see the people, understand the treatment in plain words, get a sense of the cost, and book without ringing in office hours.

So a good dental website does four things fast: shows the team, explains each treatment the way a patient would ask about it, gives an honest signal on fees, and makes booking one tap.

What a dental website needs

  • The team, properlyNamed dentists, real photographs, GDC numbers and what each person does. People trust people.
  • Treatments in plain wordsA page for each treatment that matters to you, from implants and Invisalign to hygiene and whitening, written for the patient, not the profession.
  • Honest feesA fees page or starting-from prices. Silence reads as expensive, and the practices that publish something win the patients who value being treated fairly.
  • Booking from any pageLinked to the booking system you already use, or a request form that comes straight to reception.
  • Easy for Google to readClear titles, your practice details set out so Google and AI assistants can understand them, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site.
  • Looked afterHosting, security, backups and unlimited updates, so the new treatment page goes up without a call to a developer.

How it works

  1. TalkA call or a visit. The treatments you want more of, how patients find you now, and how you take bookings.
  2. StructureThe pages and what goes on each, agreed before any design, so the treatments that pay sit nearest the front.
  3. DesignYou see the design and shape it before a line of code is written. Photography of your team and your practice, not stock smiles.
  4. LaunchBuilt, tested on phones, old page addresses moved across so you keep what the old site earned in Google, and live. Then Carly looks after it.

Our work

Every site we build is designed from scratch for the business it belongs to. Lewis Pet Care is the nearest in spirit: a health service booked online, where a worried visitor on a phone sees the price, what they get and how soon they can talk to someone.

Recent projects

  • Lewis Pet CareA UK online vet. A refreshed brand and a website with booking on every page.
  • Wiltshire RugsA one-woman workshop in Melksham, moved off a page builder.
  • Chubb BulleidA Somerset law firm with over 150 years behind it. We rebuilt the brand and the website.

Found when patients search

Patients search for a treatment and a town: an emergency dentist, implants, Invisalign, teeth whitening. Each treatment gets its own page with the question in the title, a plain answer at the top and the price signal close by, so it can rank on its own and be quoted by an AI assistant. Our article on websites for dental practices goes through what wins patients in more detail.

If you want help being found, our SEO plans start at £99 a month: treatment pages planned around real searches, your Google Business Profile kept active, reviews that keep coming, and a monthly report you can check.

Regulation and reassurance

A dental website has to carry your GDC registration details and your complaints procedure, and it should show your CQC rating where patients expect it. We put those where the rules and the patients want them, without turning the site into a notice board.

Questions

How much does a dental website cost?

£995 for a five page site, or £95 a month with no setup fee. Ten pages are £1,795 or £169 a month, and larger sites from £2,995. Prices exclude VAT, and unlimited updates and support are included.

Can patients book online?

Yes. We link the site to the booking system you already use, such as Dentally or SOE, or add a request form that comes straight to reception if you prefer to confirm appointments by phone.

Should we publish our fees?

Publish something. A full price list, starting-from prices or a plain explanation of how fees work. Practices that say nothing lose the patients who assume the worst.

Do you build websites for NHS practices?

Yes, though most of the practices that come to us are private or mixed and want the cosmetic side of the practice to do more of the work.

Who updates the site?

We do, as part of the plan. Email us a new treatment, a price change or a new team member and it gets done.

How long does it take?

Most dental websites take six to twelve weeks from the first conversation to going live. Photography of the team and the practice is usually the longest part.
