Websites for education recruiters.

Websites for supply teaching and education recruitment agencies. One route for schools, one for teachers, TAs and nursery staff, with live jobs, timesheets and your vetting set out plainly. From £995, or £95 a month.

Built for schools and the people who work in them

We have built websites for six education recruiters: Premier Education, BrightMinds, Create Education, Teachers 4 U, Education Supply Pool and Pioneer People. Between them they place staff in nurseries, primary, secondary and SEND settings, from offices in the North West, Birmingham, London, Berkshire and South Wales. This page covers what their sites have in common. For recruitment sites in general, with live jobs, Broadbean and idibu, see our recruitment website design page.

A supply agency's site gets used every day of term. A business manager at seven in the morning needs cover, a teaching assistant wants work near home, a consultant sends someone the timesheet link. Nearly all of it happens on a phone. So every one of those jobs has to take a few taps, not a hunt through menus.

One thing we won't do is write your safeguarding statement or vetting policy. Those come from you, and we make sure schools can find them.

What an education agency site needs

  • A route for schoolsSubmit a vacancy, ask for cover, read how you vet staff. Teachers 4 U has a vacancy form and its vetting policy straight off the main menu.
  • A route for candidatesRegister a CV, browse roles by phase and area, set up job alerts. Pioneer People sorts its roles into nursery, primary, secondary and SEND.
  • Vetting in plain sightSchools want to know how you check people before they reach a classroom. Premier Education says it on the homepage: every candidate is interviewed, referenced and DBS checked.
  • Timesheets and the weekly adminTeachers 4 U lets staff download a timesheet and submit it on the site, so the weekly paperwork has one home.
  • Pay on the advertPremier's live roles show the daily rate or salary, the town and how long ago the role was posted.
  • Early careers and referralsPremier has a page for ECTs, Create Education runs a Graduate Hub, and Teachers 4 U and Pioneer People both pay for referrals.

How it works

  1. TalkWho you place, where, and how schools and candidates find you now.
  2. Two routesWhat a school needs from the site and what a candidate needs, mapped separately and agreed before any design.
  3. DesignYou see the design and shape it before a line of code is written.
  4. LaunchJobs, forms and timesheets tested on phones, old page addresses moved across, then live. Carly looks after it from there.

Cloud Web Solutions are the best I have ever worked with. Jack & Carly are quick and efficient and almost seem to know what you want as you go along. Been working with them for 4 months now and they exactly what they say they will and more . Can't speak highly enough of this great little set up.

How this differs from our recruitment page

Our recruitment website design page covers every kind of agency: live jobs on your own site, applications that reach your team, Google for Jobs, and connections to Broadbean and idibu. All of that applies here too.

This page is for agencies whose clients are schools, nurseries and colleges. The buyer is a head or a business manager, the candidate is a teacher, a TA or a cover supervisor, and the year runs to the school calendar. Premier's homepage reminds candidates that September is the busiest hiring month of the year, and the site should follow the same rhythm.

Getting found

Teachers look for supply work by area and phase, and schools look for an agency near them. Each area you recruit in and each type of role can have its own page, and every vacancy is marked up for Google for Jobs. If you want help beyond the site, SEO for recruitment agencies covers the rest, with a monthly report you can check.

Questions

How much does a website for a supply teaching agency cost?

£995 for five pages or £95 a month, £1,795 or £169 a month for ten pages, and from £2,995 for larger sites. The jobs board is £495 one off or £49 a month for 12 months, and Google for Jobs fast indexing is £25 a month. Prices exclude VAT.

Can schools send us vacancies through the site?

Yes. A vacancy or cover request form goes straight to your team. Teachers 4 U and Pioneer People both have one.

Can staff submit timesheets online?

Yes. Teachers 4 U has download and submit timesheet pages on its site, and we can build the same for you.

Does it work with Broadbean and idibu?

Yes. Our recruitment sites connect to Broadbean and idibu, so roles you multipost reach your own site and Google for Jobs too.

Should we show pay rates on our adverts?

Where you can, yes. Candidates filter on pay, and Google for Jobs can show the rate when the advert includes it. Premier Education shows a daily rate or salary on its live roles.

Do you work with education agencies outside Somerset?

Most of our education clients are a long way from us, in the North West, Birmingham, London, Berkshire and South Wales. We work by video and email, and the prices are the same.

How is this different from your recruitment website page?

That page covers every kind of agency. This one covers what education agencies need on top: separate routes for schools and candidates, vetting, timesheets and the school year.
