Websites for pubs and restaurants.

Websites for pubs, restaurants and bars that make it easy to read the menu and book a table on a phone. Five pages from £995, or £95 a month, with unlimited updates.

What a pub or restaurant website has to do

Most people on a pub or restaurant website want four things: the menu, the opening hours, where you are, and a way to book. They are usually on a phone, often deciding where to eat that evening, and if any of those takes more than a tap or two they try somewhere else.

After that, the site sells the rest: rooms, events, Sunday lunch, Christmas, gift vouchers and private hire. We build every page so the next step is obvious and the menu is easy to read on a small screen.

How it works

  1. TalkA call or a visit. What brings people in, what you want more of, and how you take bookings now.
  2. StructureThe pages and what goes on each, agreed before any design.
  3. DesignYou see the design and shape it before a line of code is written.
  4. LaunchBuilt, tested on phones, and live. Then Carly looks after it.

Hospitality work

The Prince of Waterloo is a 16th century freehouse in Winford, in the Chew Valley. Its site leads with booking a room and booking a table, then food, the garden and airport parking, because those are the reasons people visit.

Recent projects

  • Wiltshire RugsA one-woman workshop in Melksham, moved off a page builder.

Pubs and restaurants we look after

We build and look after websites for The Temple Inn at Temple Cloud, The Prince of Waterloo at Winford, The Travellers Rest at Pensford and The Cross House at Doynton. In Exeter we look after Sabatini, an independent Italian restaurant in the city centre, and Lloyds Lounge, a cafe lounge bar on Catherine Street.

Your own site, or just the booking apps?

Booking platforms and delivery apps are useful, but they show you next to every other place in town and take a cut. Your own website is where people check the menu before they decide, and it is the page Google and AI assistants read when someone asks where to eat nearby.

Questions

How much does a restaurant website cost?

£995 for a five page site, or £95 a month with no setup fee. Ten pages are £1,795 or £169 a month. Prices exclude VAT, and unlimited updates and support are included.

Can people book a table on the website?

Yes. We link the site to the booking system you already use, or add a request form that comes straight to your email if you take bookings by phone.

Who updates the menu?

We do, as part of the plan. Email us the new menu, opening hours or event and it gets done.

Do you build websites for pubs with rooms?

Yes. The Temple Inn and The Prince of Waterloo both have rooms, and each has its own rooms page with a way to book.

Will my pub show up on Google Maps?

That comes mostly from your Google Business Profile, with your website backing it up. We make sure the site gives the same name, address, phone number and hours, so the two agree.

How long does it take?

Most pub and restaurant websites take six to twelve weeks from the first conversation to going live. Good photos of the food and the rooms are usually the longest part.
