Websites for hotels and venues.

Websites for independent hotels, inns with rooms and wedding venues that make it easy to book a room, enquire about a wedding and find you from a phone. From £995, or £95 a month.

The website is the brochure now

Nobody sends for a brochure any more. A couple planning a wedding, or someone booking a weekend away, decides on your website in the first minute: the photographs, the rooms, the prices, and whether booking is easy. If the site looks dated, they assume the place is.

We build hotel and venue websites that lead with the photography, keep rooms and weddings one tap away, and connect to the booking system you already use, so the site sells while you run the place.

Hospitality work

The Prince of Waterloo is a 16th century freehouse with rooms in Winford, in the Chew Valley. Its site leads with booking a room and booking a table, then the food and the garden. The Temple Inn at Temple Cloud, a village pub with kitchen and rooms, is another we built and look after.

Recent projects

Hotels, inns and venues we look after

We build and look after the websites for The Temple Inn at Temple Cloud and The Prince of Waterloo at Winford, both pubs with rooms, along with The Travellers Rest at Pensford, The Cross House at Doynton, and Sabatini and Lloyds Lounge in Exeter.

Your own site, or just the booking platforms?

Booking platforms bring guests, and they take a commission on every one. Your own website is where people check the rooms and the reviews before they decide, and a direct booking costs you nothing. The job of the site is to make booking direct the easy choice.

Questions

How much does a hotel website cost?

£995 for a five page site, or £95 a month with no setup fee. Ten pages are £1,795 or £169 a month, and larger sites with many room types from £2,995. Prices exclude VAT, and unlimited updates and support are included.

Can guests book rooms on the website?

Yes. We link the site to the booking engine or channel manager you already use, so availability and prices stay in one place.

Do you build wedding venue websites?

Yes. A weddings section with the spaces, numbers, packages and an enquiry form, and gallery pages that show the venue dressed for the day.

Can you help with photography?

Yes. Good photographs are most of a hotel website. We can arrange a photographer, or work with what you have and tell you honestly what needs reshooting.

Who updates the site?

We do, as part of the plan. Email us the new menu, the seasonal offer or the new room and it gets done.

How long does it take?

Most hotel and venue websites take six to twelve weeks from the first conversation to going live. Photography is usually the longest part.
