Premier Education, a specialist recruiter that refuses to look like a job board.

Website, jobs & social ยท 2026

Most education recruitment sites are a search box, a wall of vacancies and a stock classroom. Premier have spent twenty-five years being the opposite of that, so the website had to be too.

Premier Education is an independent education recruitment agency in the North West, working across early years, primary and SEN. It was founded in 2001 and is still run by the two people who started it, from offices in Wilmslow and Bolton.

Their pitch is one line on their About page: not a job board, not a call centre, a specialist. The site had to prove that line rather than contradict it, while still doing the one thing a job board does well, which is getting a candidate from a search to an application quickly.

So the vacancies do the heavy lifting in the background, and the people stay at the front.

Website design

Navy and yellow from the existing brand, with the stars from the logo scattered through the pages and a cast of hand drawn characters that stop it feeling like a corporate job board. Real photographs of the team sit where most agencies put stock.

Every page opens with a plain sentence about who it is for, then splits into a route for candidates and a separate one for schools, because the two arrive wanting different things. Area pages for Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and the wider North West name the towns each office covers and list the live jobs nearby.

Live vacancies with pay, location and quick apply

Jobs

Vacancies come straight from Premier's own recruitment system, so a consultant adds a role once and it appears on the site with its pay, location and hours. Every advert is marked up for Google for Jobs, so each vacancy can turn up in Google's own job search.

Quick apply takes two minutes. Anyone not ready to apply can register their CV instead, and a consultant calls them back.

Website development

Built on our own CMS, so Premier's team can change any page themselves. An assistant on every page answers candidate questions at any hour and books calls with the team.

Around forty pages were rebuilt at the addresses they already had, with redirects for the few that moved, so nothing Google already knew about was lost. We also run their social media and write four candidate articles a month, each aimed at a search teachers and teaching assistants actually make.
