Marketing for recruitment agencies.

Websites, SEO and social media for recruitment agencies, from a studio that already does all three for an education recruiter. Websites from £995, SEO and social media from £99 a month.

Two audiences on one budget

A recruitment agency markets to two groups at once. Clients need to believe you know their sector and can fill the role. Candidates need to believe you will look after them. Most agency marketing is built for one of them and forgets the other, and the website is usually where that shows first.

We do three things for recruiters: the website, being found on Google and in AI answers, and social media. You can start with one. We are Jack and Carly, a two-person studio in Somerset, and the people you brief are the people who do the work.

Our proof so far: we have built websites for six recruitment agencies, and for one of them, Premier Education, we also run social media and write four candidate articles a month. We will not promise rankings or quote results we cannot show you.

£99a month, where SEO and social start

What it covers

  • A website that does both jobsSeparate routes for clients and candidates, live jobs from your own system, quick apply and CV registration. Our recruitment website design page has the detail.
  • Google for JobsEvery vacancy marked up so it can appear in Google's own job search, so a candidate can find the role without you paying a job board for the click.
  • Search for the clients who hirePages for the sectors and areas you genuinely recruit in, written for the hiring managers looking for an agency. That is our SEO for recruitment agencies.
  • AI answersMore clients now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI which agency to use. We check what they say about you every month and work on the pages and listings they read.
  • Social media, planned for youPosts for candidates and for clients, designed in your brand and approved by you before anything goes out.
  • Articles candidates search forEach one aimed at a question teachers and teaching assistants actually type into Google, so the site keeps getting found between vacancies. For Premier Education we write four a month.

How it works

  1. TalkWho you place and how clients and candidates find you now.
  2. PlanWhich of the three you need first, agreed with you before anything is built or written.
  3. BuildThe site, the pages and the posts, made in-house by the two of us.
  4. ReportEvery month: what went out and where you rank in real Google results.

Recent social work

October and November posts for Premier Education: one set for teachers and support staff, one for the schools that hire them. Planned a month ahead and approved by the client before anything was scheduled.

Premier Education post: autumn term cover starts now
Premier Education post: we are recruiting cover supervisors
Premier Education post: what will you earn, pay guide
Premier Education post for schools: vetted in advance
Premier Education post: could you hold a room
Premier Education post: refer a friend, 100 pounds each

Recruitment work

Premier Education has placed staff in North West schools since 2001. We built the website, which takes vacancies straight from their own system and publishes every one to Google for Jobs, and we run their social media and write four candidate articles a month.

What we will not do

We will not promise you first place on Google, or a number of placements. Nobody controls search results, and nobody can promise what your market will do. We do not buy links, and we report positions from real Google results in a stated location, not Search Console's average.

What we do promise is the work, done properly, and a report every month that shows exactly what changed.

Questions

What does marketing for a recruitment agency include?

Usually three things: a website that works for clients and candidates, being found on Google, Google for Jobs and in AI answers, and social media. We do all three in-house, and you can start with one.

How much does it cost?

Websites start at £995 or £95 a month, a jobs board is £495 or £49 a month for 12 months, and SEO and social media plans each start at £99 a month. Prices exclude VAT.

Should a recruitment agency post on social media?

Yes, if you post for both audiences. Candidates want roles and pay. Clients want to see that you know their sector. A feed that went quiet months ago tells both of them something you would rather it did not.

Does it connect to Broadbean and idibu?

Yes. The recruitment sites we build connect to Broadbean and idibu, so roles you multipost reach your own site and Google for Jobs too.

Do you only work with education agencies?

No. Most of our recruitment websites so far are for education agencies, and the same work applies in any sector: separate routes for clients and candidates, and live jobs that reach Google for Jobs.

Do you work with agencies outside Somerset?

Most of our recruitment clients are a long way from us, in the North West, Birmingham, London, Berkshire and South Wales. We work by video and email, and the prices are the same.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and nobody honestly can. We guarantee the work and a report you can check.

Tell us what you are building and we will tell you, honestly, whether we are the right people for it. A call, an email, or a message. Whichever you prefer.
